Four Corner Adventures, Dallon and Bobby are the Best... We were staying a couple nights, camping in Monument Valley in August. It was hot. Knowing the San Juan River was within 20 miles, I with my daughter even made the drive to find a swim hole to get a break from the heat. That evening my mind landed on maybe a calm river tour was available and could be arranged. In haste I called Four corners around 6 pm, way after their closing time. Lo and behold, Dallon answered. He suggested we self guide ourselves down a 5 mile stretch (waters were calm), and he'd arrange Bobby to meet us, rent us the kayaks and drive us to the putin location (with equipment, a tutorial and encouragement). This was an awesome half day experience and Dallon and Bobby accommodated us in making this happen in less than 15 hours from calling them after their working hours. Bobby was there to meet and assist us at the take out location and allow us a little time to play in the water before taking us back to their store and our car. (water was clay brown because of prior days heavy monsoons)
