Great location for sightseeing. Lots of history, US and ancient. Lots of fascinating geology. Park and owner are very nice. Longer term rates are high. Weekly only, no monthly.
I love this place....stayed a couple times. I tent camped on a nice green grassy patch. It was serene. Clean bathrooms. The lady at the desk was phenomenal....she had maps and pictures to help me find the petroglyphs that I couldn't find previously, and she directed me to some other great stuff to see.
Average private campground with full hookups. What makes this campground special is its location to many of the beautiful geologic features of South Eastern Utah. Great hiking in almost any direction of this campground!
Place needs work but new owners are working on that now.
Loved the area. Just wish we were allowed to be up a little later around the fire.
